Constipation

Magnesium supplements and a daily stool softener like colace can help.
You may need a motility agent ( laxative) like Miralax.
Heartburn
Antacids: Over-the-counter antacids can provide quick relief from heartburn by neutralizing stomach acid. For example, Tums, pepcid, rolaids, mylanta, nexium, prilosec.
Elevate Head While Sleeping: Raise the head of your bed or use extra pillows to reduce acid reflux at night.
Aloe Vera Juice: Aloe vera can soothe the esophagus and alleviate heartburn symptoms.
Avoid Trigger Foods: Steer clear of acidic, spicy, and fatty foods, as well as caffeine and alcohol, which can trigger heartburn.
Diarrhea
BRAT Diet: Stick to a diet of bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast to firm up stools and ease digestion.
Stay Hydrated: Drink electrolyte-rich fluids like water, clear broths, and oral rehydration solutions to prevent dehydration.
